FS66-TH03-type automatic loading and unloading annealing machine mainly use for anneal heating element .

LFS66-TH03-type automatic loading and unloading machine is in the original partial annealing annealing machine up and down based on the increase in automated material structure, and also the use of low-voltage high-current short-circuit heating heating tube sheet annealing, annealing temperature advantages of speed, electric heating pipe magnesia, heating wire heating less. Most important feature: sending materials and materials for the next automatic, reduce manpower, reduce costs and improve production efficiency.

Tubular heating elements under the principle of expansion, this machine uses pneumatic clamping fixture flexible one-way stretch design, tubular heating elements extending bending thermal expansion changes in the small, clamping fixtures to increase water-cooling system, clamp connections not work fever, greatly improving production efficiency to extend the clamping cylinder seal life.

Annealing machine mainly by the transformer, automatic feeding parts, pneumatic clamping fixture, auto-blanking parts, storage trough section, the water cooling system, pneumatic pressure systems and PLC electrical control system (Figure 1). Special requirements can increase the infrared temperature measurement system automatically.
